Can I customise or curate my own gift?
Of course!  Below each of our Thoughtful Offerings we have suggested some treasures that will also look fantastic with your gift.  You can also head to our Curate your Own catalogue to create something yourself. Be sure to add our Signature Gift box from the gift packaging option so we know to package it beautifully for you.  If however you would like something created just for you, please email emily@youngwillow.com.au for your Custom Curation quote.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes! This is all done at the checkout. Just follow the simple steps. We request though that each of the orders is over $50. 

I am a business looking for corporate gifts, where do I start?
Many of our corporate clients select their gifts through the website, personalising for each staff member.  If you would like us to curate a standard gift for you according to budget and sex of the baby we are more than happy to do so.  Please email emily@youngwillow.com.au to discuss your requirements.

Are all products in Stock?
We do our very best to keep our inventory up to date but, as many of our products are handmade, single run and sometimes sourced Internationally, our orders are subject to approval and availability. If an order is received that we cannot fill, we will contact you to see if you would like a replacement, refund or continue to place a pre-order (if available).

Can you deliver it directly to the recipient? Can I include a card?
We'll send your offering to them (or to you), just make sure you put the correct address on the checkout page. If a complimentary gift tag is needed, make sure you tick the box and let us know what you would like written on your card in the comments section on the shipping page. Feel free to let us in on the type of celebration too and we can select a more personal card for the occasion.

How long will shipping take? Can I track my order?
All of our offerings will be shipped within 24-48 hours. We prefer to use express shipping so it will arrive to you shortly after. Please see the shipping page if you need specifics. You will be sent tracking information when your gift has left the storeroom. Don't worry, we'll keep an eye on it too.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX (American Express) through our own online facility and payments through PayPal using your method of choice.

What if I want to welcome twins, can you help me out?

Of course! We now have a Newborn/Twins catalogue which we will add to over time.  You are welcome to Curate your Own gift to suit the gender of the babies however, if you need our help, send us an email to emily@youngwillow.com.au with your preferred offering selections and we'll curate something just for you.  

Do you accept refunds or returns?
We love to look after corporate clients and can even curate something just for you and your team.  Please contact us emily@youngwillow.com.au and we'll collaborate on something fantastic and special for your team members.
